The objective of this research is to determine the most important factors influencing a drawing process, utilizing statistical analysis and design for experiments. The simulations aid with developing a blank, die radii, the punch velocity, clamping force, friction draw depth and spring back . This can all be achieved while still at the design stages of projects.
